Shipping policy

POSTAL SERVICE:
We endeavour to post all orders out as quickly as possible. Being a small business we post all orders out between Monday to Thursday with a cut off time of 1pm each day. Any orders placed after Thursday 1pm will not be posted until the following Monday.

All orders are sent via Australia Post. This service, once the parcel has been received by our courier can take anywhere between 1-7 days domestic or 14-30 days international post. You may select the express post option at the checkout. 

You will receive a tracking number once the item has been processed by us so you are able to keep track of your order.

All shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. 

PICK UP: 
Pick ups are welcome from our Footscray Studio however pick up are by appointment only during regular business hours (Mon-Fri 9-5 approx). Once your order is placed we will contact you to arrange a time for collection.
