SHIPPING 
  • Orders are dispatched Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from our Footscray, (Victoria, Australia) studio. Our parcels are picked up around 1pm and although we try our best to get orders out we may take an extra day to pack your order during busy times.
  • Metta is currently using Australia Post, Express and Regular Post service. You have the option to choose between Express and Regular Post at checkout. Please note that once your order is placed, we cannot make changes to the shipping method. All parcels to home and business address will include signature on delivery unless you request not to.
  • We offer free Regular postage for an orders $400 AUD or more within Australia. 
  • If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request. 
  • All parcels will receive a tracking number via email when your parcel is packed. You can track your order by entering your tracking number here.
  • Make sure your order is complete prior to checking out. Shipping fees cannot be combined over multiple orders, have free shipping applied, or have postage refunded after an order has been placed. 
  • International Australia Post parcels will connect to the equivalent postal service. For example, parcels sent to the US will arrive via USPS. 

  • International Taxes and duties need to be paid by the customer on arrival, as determined by their own country's import rules. 
    **** Please check what taxes and duties may need to be paid before making a purchase with us as we will not refund a parcel sent back due to non-payment of taxes and duties. This information can change quickly and we will do our best to keep you informed.

    ATTENTION CUSTOMERS IN THE USA: 

    From 29th August 2025, new tariffs apply to all goods. The tax free threshold and free trade agreement between Australia and the USA will no longer apply after this date. Our usual carrier Australia Post has suspended all deliveries to the USA therefore we will be using DHL for all US orders. As of 26th of August, 2025 DHL have notified us of these updates to orders sent to the USA from today in regards to tariff charges:

    • Duties Taxes Paid (DTP) – Standard charge of $30 AUD per shipment or 2% of fiscal charges will be applied to all orders OR Duties Taxes Unpaid (DTU) when charged to the US receiver or a US account – Standard charge of $17 USD per shipment or 2% of fiscal charges


    We do not cover the charges that US duties may apply to your order in order to collect your deliver and any orders sent back to us due to non payment will be refunded less any additional costs charged to us. 


    We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause in receiving your orders and appreciate any on-going support if you wish to shop with us after this date.

    • De Minimis Threshold: The USA administration has removed the tax free threshold of orders under $800 from August 29th 2025. Applicable taxes will now need to be paid no matter the amount. We will specify country of origin on the customs and duties form and on each items description online. Our items are made in Australia, Europe and India.
