SHIPPING 
  • Orders are dispatched Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from our Footscray, (Victoria, Australia) studio. Our parcels are picked up around 1pm and although we try our best to get orders out we may take an extra day to pack your order during busy times.
  • Metta is currently using Australia Post, Express and Regular Post service. You have the option to choose between Express and Regular Post at checkout. Please note that once your order is placed, we cannot make changes to the shipping method. All parcels to home and business address will include signature on delivery unless you request not to.
  • We offer free Regular postage for an orders $400 AUD or more within Australia. 
  • If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request. 
  • All parcels will receive a tracking number via email when your parcel is packed. You can track your order by entering your tracking number here.
  • Make sure your order is complete prior to checking out. Shipping fees cannot be combined over multiple orders, have free shipping applied, or have postage refunded after an order has been placed. 
  • International Australia Post parcels will connect to the equivalent postal service. For example, parcels sent to the US will arrive via USPS. 

  • International Taxes and duties need to be paid by the customer on arrival, as determined by their own country's import rules. USA customers please see specific details regarding delivery below.
    **** Please check what taxes and duties may need to be paid before making a purchase with us as we will not refund a parcel sent back due to non-payment of taxes and duties. This information can change quickly and we will do our best to keep you informed.

    ATTENTION CUSTOMERS IN THE USA: 

    From 29th August 2025, new tariffs apply to all goods. The tax free threshold and free trade agreement between Australia and the USA will no longer apply after this date. All orders will be delivered duties paid for USA orders. We are using Australia Post which will transfer to the national postal service with all taxes and duties paid paid by us - this additional tax is reflected in the price of the goods at checkout.

      Due to the nature of duties paid before arrival we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any USA orders.
