Stockroom Coordinator:
5 hours per day, 3 day per week position (Mon/Wed/Fri)
Stockroom Coordinator requires someone to be organised, reliable, has good attention to detail and shows initiative in getting tasks done efficiently.
A good knowledge of Shopify is welcome but not necessary. Computer literacy is incredibly important in this role with a willingness to learn.
There is also heavy lifting involved in the role with large amounts of stock moved.
Tasks include
- Online & Wholesale Customer Service
- Knowledge of Shopify & Inflow (not essential but beneficial)
- Picking and packing of online & wholesale orders
- QC (Quality Check) of Garments
- Mending garments, i.e button replacement
- Daily inventory checks
- Washing, Drying ,Steaming & Folding of Garments
- Keeping the stockroom neat and tidy
- Checking off stock upon arrival from our manufactures
- Coordinating Dye batches
