The Ulla Skirt is a romantic and flowy cotton poplin skirt featuring Metta's limited edition floral English Garden Print Off-White. This feminine skirt boasts a concealed elasticated waistband and pleats at the front and back for a flattering, high-waisted silhouette. An internal woven cotton drawstring with gathering adds billowing movement from the waist to the hem.
